PARKING: Xchange Point development was built to a high environmental standard and is termed low-carbon by Islington local authority. This means that if you have a car, you will need to park it in the underground car park at extra cost - you cannot get a Street Parking Permit.
UTILITIES: Regarding utilities, you have your own metered electric and water supplies. Heat for the radiators and hot water is supplied from a central boiler and your usage charge is determined with a heat meter in the flat. The unit charge is quite high but the system has been 100% reliable and as the flat is EPC B, it is pretty energy efficient.
