As we leave London from February to mid-August 2025, we are looking for nice and trustworthy people to subtenant our beautiful apartment.
The charming Victorian house is located in a nice neighbourhood in Bethnal Green, next to the tube and overground station and several bus stations. It is only a five-minute walk from lovely Viktoria Park, which has coffee shops and a nice market on Sunday.
The apartment is on the first and second floor of the house, divided into one big kitchen and a spacious living room on the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor.
Even though being well connected to local transport, the neighbourhood is calm and very green.
There is a nice pub in the same street and many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
The apartment will be fully furnished and has a dishwasher and washing machine.
We would love to have people in our apartment who care about our things and appreciate living in a beautifully furnished apartment in a Victorian house.
Bills are not included in the rent. We would prefer to keep all contracts for gas, electricity, water and internet running (on average 300£/month, depending on consumption).
