This is a great area to live in for many reasons. A local neighbourhood but within easy access to transport links to all parts of London . Only 15 minutes bus ride to Kings Cross St Pancras, 20 minutes to the West End and the City and good overland links to East and West London. Archway tube stations is 8 minutes walk away.
There are no resident parking permits available and there are restrictions between 10am & 12 pm on weekdays, however you can apply for a permit on a daily basis
Local Amenities
On the corner of the apartment block is a convenience store open early until late, a doctors' Surgery is next door. Cricks a much loved coffee shop is 2 minutes walk away.
Swains Lane, next to Hampstead Heath and a five minute stroll from the apartment is, has a lovely village vibe with a great deli, fish mongers, butchers, greengrocers, a bakery plus several great options for morning coffee plus a great local pub, and other good local eateries. Hampstead Heath has endless choices of walking and jogging routes plus the ponds to swim in, the lido, tennis courts, bowling and croquet lawn.
Several of the major supermarkets have neighbourhood shops on Junction road. M&S, Sainsbury's local, and CoOp are all two minutes walk from Archway station. The Legendary St John's tavern is also located on Junction road.
