We are looking for a professional couple / two sharers to take over our well-loved flat!

The flat is a ground floor maisonette and has its own private entrance and front garden away from the road. We have direct access to our own private garden from the kitchen. There is free parking directly outside our front door with a designated bay on the road.

We are an 8 minute walk from the overground station ‘Honour Oak’ where you can reach London Bridge in 15 minutes and Canada Water in 10 minutes. We are also a 7 minute walk from Crofton Park rail station.

The area is beautiful, with multiple parks and walks - larger parks and attractions include Peckham Rye, which is a 5 minute cycle away and Greenwich is only 15 minutes away by car. Brockley is a few minutes up the road and there are numerous independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops!

We will be leaving most furnishings unless preferred otherwise and are open to discussion on this area.

We have a managing agent who will be your POC whilst we are abroad and can support on any repairs or challenges.

We are moving abroad from the 1st weekend in November and the house will be free from the 4th November. We will be contracting a minimum stay of 1 year.
