2 Bed Semi-Detached House, Geary Road, NW10

We are looking for someone (ideally a couple) to live in our three bedroom family house in Dollis Hill as lodgers.

We are living overseas in Europe, but we come back once a month for a few days work in London and we come back for occassion trips so keep the house.

The house has a good size living room, back room, and then a large kitchen/dining area downstairs.

There are three bedrooms upstairs - we keep one of the upstairs rooms and the back room, but the rest of the house (two bedrooms or big master bedroom plus home office) is yours.

There's two bathrooms (one up/one down) and a decent sized back garden.

There's parking (off-street) and it's about 7 minutes to the tube, which is Jubilee line so quick into town. Huge park is two minutes away, and Willesden Green is about 15 minutes walking.

It's a quiet location, but really nice. good chippy and greengrocers and neighbourhood restaurant right next to tube (plus pharamacy/newsagents etc).

The council tax is band D - bills come to about £300 on top of the rent depending on the time of year.

Our main thing is we want people who'll look after the house, be nice neighbours and enjoy getting a whole family house for a decent price.
