Master bedroom: King-size bed with storage underneath, 2x double wardrobes, 2x bedside tables
Second bedroom: Sofa bed (bedding included if needed), 1x double wardrobe, 1x locker, desk and stool
Garden: Bench seat with 2x tables and 4x chairs (shed not usable) 

There is a private car parking space at the front of the property, so no permits needed. There's also a front and back garden, so plenty of space! 

The house is situated in a quiet, residential and friendly area close to lots of great amenities such as big Sainsbury's, Dulwich Hamlet Football Club, Lordship Lane for cafes, pubs, and independent shops. Every Saturday there is a food & homeware market off Lordship Lane every Saturday on North Cross Road which is hugely popular. Along with amazing places for walking nearby too - Peckham Rye, Dulwich Park, Goose Green & Brockwell Park are firm favourites.

Transport wise, East Dulwich station is a 4 min walk away for train connections to London Bridge as well as buses, and Denmark Hill is a 15 min walk away or short bus ride where you can easily get to Shoreditch / Farringdon / Victoria. 

I would consider pets as I have a Cockapoo myself, however she is hypoallergenic and doesn't malt as I have allergies to pet hair. A deep clean could be discussed end of tenancy though.
