This is a short-term serviced accommodation property, available for anywhere from 3 days up to 6 months. We are currently preparing the property, we have taken some interim photos to give an idea of the space, the decor and the facilities. We will update the photos once the set up is complete. 

The property is available from 5th November onwards.

It is a fully furnished and fully equipped serviced accommodation property, providing a similar hospitality service to a hotel. You can arrive with a suitcase, and we take care of everything else. Cleaning, linen and towels are provided, as well as all kitchen equipment, including cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Wifi and Netflix are provided during your stay, and all bills are included. 

It is perfect for anyone looking for somewhere temporary, for example:

• Working or studying locally on a short-term basis
• Having emergency insurance repairs done on your home
• Relocating to the area
• Waiting for a house purchase to complete
• Looking for a home away from home instead of a hotel.

The property itself is a lovely, two bedroom terrace, with a modern kitchen and bathroom and a back patio garden. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is a twin. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room for occasional use. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped, including a washing machine, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. We have aimed to make the property as comfortable as possible, with modern furniture and decor, to feel like a home away from home.

The house is located on a quiet residential street in Stratford, East London. It is within easy walking distance to Stratford station, Stratford high street and Westfield shopping centre.  

We are willing to consider pets on a case by case basis, do enquire if you are hoping to stay with pets. There may be an extra fee for additional cleaning and/or an additional damage deposit.

We may also be able to arrange a parking permit at an additional cost. Parking on the street is free overnight from 6.30pm to 8am and at weekends, but a permit is needed for weekday daytimes.
