What I am looking for

I am looking for very reliable tenants who have excellent references and a good track record of paying the rent on time. I will not take tenants who are solely on housing benefits, but looking for those who are working.

Deposit and bills

The deposit will be the equivalent of one month's rent. The deposit will be held by the deposit protection scheme.
The bills are not included: you will need to pay your own council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband if you need it.
