The flat is on a quiet residential square and faces a small park which is equipped with children’s playground and adult exercise area making is super family friendly. 

The flat is on the upper 2 floors of the building so has lots of light and space. The first bedroom is large with 2 single beds, followed by the master which is a King bed with wardrobe space and dresser. The final bedroom is a double, also with wardrobe space. 

There is a small eat in kitchen with dishwasher and the family bathroom houses the utility room with washer and separate dryer. 

Upstairs is a large living room with lots of comfy seating, television and floor space for yoga. There is also a table and chairs for working from home. 

Price excludes cleaning which would be added on at twice a month for £100. Plus check out cleaning. All other bills included!
