-Two double and one single bedrooms are bright and airy with storage space, and the beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The flat has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.
- In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Parking is available on the Tesco parking area (9-12 GBP per day)

Please remove your shoes inside the property and leave them on the shoe rack next to the entrance. You are more than welcome to use the slippers provided if required.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
