"The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with important services such as underground station, park, shops, vet, cafe, etc. available in a walking distance. We really enjoyed the garden which is surrounded with other backyards, and you can get to meet a lot of birds and occasionally squirrels, which we really missed from our home. It is big enough to invite some friends over and have a meal cooked on the braai/bbq. The kitchen is spacious so you can prepare and cook very conveniently. The storage space in the house is excellent. Using the fireplace in the living room is a big vibe during the winter. The landlord is a great, friendly guy. He is very approachable and available for any query that comes up. He was very co-operating in solving any issue we had, helped arranging a service if it was needed. He respects the agreements in the contract and expects the same from the tenants.”
