The room itself is an ensuite, it has a 1.20m bed and is very well designed, with plenty of storage space over and under the bed, a wardrobe and a very large table. A rare occurrence in London, the windows are extremely good and noise cancelling, so it feels like you are in a bubble if you close them. There is a giant window just in front of the bed so you will have nice views and plenty of light even during cloudy London days. Overall, the room has an extremely cozy vibe to it and I have enjoyed staying here very much.
Even though the flat is designed for three people, one of the flatmates has already moved out, so you will only be sharing with one other person. Thus, you get an ensuite room with your private bathroom for the price of a single ;)
The place itself has only been opened recently, so the kitchen and bathroom are in pristine conditions. The installation has a very modern feel to it, it is as if you were in a hotel.
Also, you will have access to bespoke work spaces and common rooms with incredible views of the London skyline.
Overall, though, I think the most important aspect of this accommodation is the comfort. You are in the heart of London and extremely well connected. You have a station connecting you to most public transport systems within walking distance and it takes you at most 30-40 minutes to get virtually anywhere. If you are a bike rider like me you will also love the fact that it is directly connected with the Cycle way along the Thames. You can even walk to most places, which feels surreal
So, if you want a room to stay in for the summer that is well connected and designed, new and extremely cozy and comfortable, from which to experience the amazingly vibrant metropolis that is London without the obvious downsides to it, this is the place for you.
