Basic rent is £3000, but it's preferable if you opt for the £3300 option which includes bills, as this makes life much easier for all of us. Bills included are gas, electricity, water, TV licence, leasehold charges and top spec internet. It doesn't include council tax, because this must always be paid by the occupants. Rates vary based on occupancy of the household, but for 2024/5, council tax is £1280.24 annually for 2+ working adults, or approx £107 per month by direct debit. You can apply for parking permits for residents and visitors, which costs around £60 for a year. The deposit is 1 month's rent and will be held securely by the DPS. Students are welcome but will need to have guarantors. Unfortunately, due to leaseholder rules we can't allow pets.
