Rates vary based on occupancy of the household, but for 2024/5, council tax is £1280.24 annually for 2+ working adults, or approx £107 per month by direct debit. You can apply for parking permits for residents and visitors, which costs around £60 for a year. The deposit is 1 month's rent and will be held securely by the DPS. Students are welcome but will need to have guarantors. Unfortunately, due to leaseholder rules we can't allow pets.
