A short term let between 1-2 months (flexible) is available in Lower Clapton, Hackney.

You'll be sharing with two lovely Australians, 27 years (female) and 30 years (male). A teaching professional and a jewellery maker. Easy going, tidy and clean. The space is lovely on a sought after road. Near the Lower Clapton shops, cafes and Chatsworth Road. 

The price is 995 including bills for the month, which is cheaper than the rent being paid by the person letting the room as it's a last minute advert. Move in date December 8th, but I'm flexible. Ideally 6-8 weeks but can be flexible with this too :)
