The house has a great atmosphere. It is very sunny and light and in a the quiet and friendly 'triangle' area at the bottom of Blackstock Road in Highbury. Transport links are great: the house is only a couple of minutes' walk from Finsbury Park station on the Victoria line or Arsenal station on the Piccadilly line. Gillespie nature reserve is a minute away, and Finsbury Park and Clissold Park are in walking distance. There is a great pub round the corner and lots of independent shops and restaurants on Blackstock Road.

There are four separate living areas downstairs - the sitting room, the middle room with a dining table, the conservatory with a sofa, and the kitchen (which is big enough for a table at the end if need be). The garden is very private and south/west facing so gets lots of sun. There is a quaint, private front garden, with a 50s mosaic-tiled path and mature trees. 

There is one very big bedroom at the front, a good sized bedroom in the middle, and a small but very sunny bedroom at the back.

The house would work for a family of up to three children or a couple who wanted lots of space.

There is residents' parking in the street.
