There is a separate dressing room with ample storage, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room for your convenience. The separate kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances and utensils, leads into a sun-filled conservatory, opening into a large 2000 sq ft garden.

Ascend to the first floor, where two elegantly furnished bedrooms await. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the other offers a comfortable double bed. All beds are adorned with hotel-quality linens for a truly restful night's sleep. There is a large bathroom with a relaxing bathtub and shower cabin for your maximal comfort. For those who need to work remotely, there is a dedicated office space, ensuring you stay productive during your visit.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
