Big lounge-dining room. Quiet area, lovely neighbours, and easy walking to local shops, pubs and restaurants in Clapham and Balham. Plenty of on-street parking, and a little lobby suitable for keeping pedal cycles.
Gas central heating (with a big storage tank for hot water) has been regularly maintained since it was installed.
There's a lovely roof terrace (to compensate for a lack of garden) but if you're in serious need of greenery Clapham Common is only five minutes away.
No agency or referencing fees – get a better price by dealing directly with the landlord. Very flexible on decorating, furnishing, etc. etc. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate whatever you want.
