About the Location:

The property is on the first floor of a quiet, well-maintained, 1950’s ex-local authority, low rise block on the border of Zone 1 and 2 in SE1. Situated next door to Maltby Street Market, and minutes from Tower Bridge, the area is buzzing with restaurants, bars and independent shops. It’s a fantastic area to live in, within easy walking distance of the City of London.

About the Flat:

The flat is in good condition, and we take great care of maintaining it. Appliances at the property include: a dishwasher (Bosch), microwave, oven (Bosch), washing machine (Hotpoint), fridge freezer (Samsung), tumble dryer (tumble dryer uses a heat pump so less than half the cost of running a conventional dryer), toaster, kettle and all other mod cons. There is gas central heating (Bosch boiler). 

As you can see from the floor plan, each of the bedrooms is a good size and there are two lounges, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The reason there are two lounges in the kitchen is due to local authority licensing restrictions in Southwark, Unfortunately, this means that the second lounge cannot be used as a fifth bedroom. The flat must therefore remain as a four bed property with a maximum of four tenants. This will be stipulated in the tenancy agreement and unfortunately there can be no flexibility on this point.

We are looking for professional tenants. Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed at the property. Parking is available on the estate for a small fee from Southwark Council (the property\parking is just outside the congestion charge area). We may consider pets, so please talk to us about this directly. 

The flat is council tax band C.
