Transport:
The flat is walking distance to a number of tube stations. The nearest are Stockwell and Brixton tubes which are only 11 mins and 13 mins walk respectively. Oval is 14 mins and Clapham North is 17 mins walk. There are also a number of bus routes (including night buses) that stop 1 min away as the flat is located just off Brixton Road. The current tenants say having access to both the Victoria Line (with the 24-hour tube) and Northern Line makes getting around really easy. Also there are bike racks in the garden if you prefer to cycle.
Surroundings:
Slade Gardens Park is located behind the property and there are 24 hour convenience shops and a Costcutter across the road. A stylish Vegan Creperie and wholefoods shop is in the arcade below which does a great Sunday brunch. The Crown & Anchor pub is around the corner. For bars and restaurants in busier areas, Brixton and Clapham North are very nearby. The O2 Academy is just down the road.
