4 Bed Flat, Courtlands Avenue, SE12

This is an unusual arrangement. We are living in France and would like to rent out one ensuite room in our 4-bed , ground floor flat to one working professional who is looking for a clean, bright comfortable space at reasonable price. 
The other rooms would be for our very occasional use when we return to London (never more than 2-3 times per year and generally only for 7-10 days, sometimes less).   In other words, you would have the place to yourself most of the time.
The flat is well decorated, well equipped and modern. Most of the furniture is quite new and in excellent condition.
Fuel bills are not included but you will get a breakdown at the end of each month so that you know how much gas/electricity has been used.
Council tax and broadband are included in the price.
I'm afraid because of our circumstances, this offer is not for people with children or pets.

This could be a really good deal for the right person. We are looking for somebody who will look after the place. There is a lovely garden and it is very close to lots of green spaces.
