Excellent storage - outdoor space and roof patio.  Large living room, separate loo and bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer, large fridge etc.


This is on an open-plan 60s utopian estate at the junction between old Bermondsey (pie mash/old pubs/1940s vibe) and new Bermondsey (vegan restaurants, craft ale, coffee etc).  Being 200m from 'the blue' it offers excellent shopping, with 24/7 fresh produce stores, local library, supermarkets and a market with fresh fish and butchers etc.   There is more craft ale (mead, cider etc), coffee and cheese (Neil's Yard dairy is 50 m away from the flat) available in the nearby railway arches than you could reasonably consume in a month. 


The eateries, restaurants and pubs of Bermondsey are a short distance. Good local bus services. A short walk to the river and trendy Southwark Park
