We've carefully adapted our light and spacious Victorian terraced house in Brockley and furnished it comfortably so that a group of four friends can now make it their home.

The house has four good-sized double bedrooms with lots of light and great storage; and there's a downstairs cloakroom in addition to the large bathroom.

But what we hope you'll love most is the beautiful open-plan living space. The fully-loaded, generous kitchen leads into dining and then on - to a cosy sitting room in which to watch TV together; then further, out onto the dining terrace and into the leafy-green garden. The whole indoor living space has underfloor heating.

And in the warmer months you'll throw open the bi-fold doors and feel the space expand. (For the proper enjoyment of this, a garden dining set and barbecue are provided.)

Brockley (Zone 2) is a very well-connected base from which to access Central London. It's on the Overground and has a quick service to London Bridge. But it's also a lovely vibrant area itself, and there are lots of nice bars and restaurants within 10 minutes' walk of the house.

There are beautiful parks nearby, too,  including Telegraph Hill, Hilly Fields and Peckham Rye. 

The house is available 1st November, or earlier by agreement. 

It is offered furnished and we will work with the future tenants to make sure we get that just right.
