The vibrant high street of Kensal Rise is a 15-20 min walk and there are some lovely independent shops, pubs and restaurants along Chamberlayne Rd, such as The Chamberlayne which does a good traditional English Sunday lunch, Sacre Coeur which has a real wood burning pizza oven and The Whippet Inn which has a selection of craft beers.
