The BEDSIT IS WITHIN the MAIN FLAT IN the HOUSE. So it is NOT completely independent.

There is no living-room.
Wi-fi is inclusive.
Washing machine is available.
The house is close to amenities and great transport links. By bus 10mins to London Bridge or Tower Bridge, 20mins to the City, Waterloo.
We are 3 women living in the main part of the house and we would prefer another woman.We are a quiet, peaceful household.
The studio would be suitable for a light minded professional, non smoker, clean, respectful, quiet.
Sorry it is too small for a couple.
No over night guests.

The house is a very convenient location as we are 5mins from 2 large supermarkets, little local shops, pharmacy, cafes. Burgess Park is facing our back garden.You can find there a lovely cafe serving local organic food, tennis courts, a large pond, outside gym machines, a playground, diverse tropical gardens, lots of wild life and birds even parakeets !In Peckham you will find a fitness centre with indoor swimming pool, lots of colorful shops and markets, art gallery, the famous Bussey Building,trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, the cheapest cinema in London, a roofterrace cinema during the summer... it is a vibrant area where ethnicity mixes with art and students.We are walking distance to Bermondsey square (cinema) and lovely restaurant, antique market on Friday morning.... Bermondsey street, White Cube gallery and boutiques etc... Maltby street market in 15 mins walk.
