Located on a quiet and expensive residential road moments walk from Crouch End Broadway. The house has multiple bedsits and is a very quiet house with everyone keeping to themselves. The local shops and cafes of Crouch End are a short walk in one direction and the entrance to Finsbury Park is a short walk in the other direction. Haringey train station is a very short walk and Finsbury Park station is a walk through the park. Parking is available on the street and is permit controlled for 2 hour each day midweek but a resident permit can be organised if needed. Housing benefit is OK. Smoking not permitted (only outside).
