I'm the current Tennant in this flat (have lived here 4 years)! My two other housemates are moving away for jobs and I'm looking to fill the large double room with 1 tenant who can split the rent in 2 for this 3 bedroom property.
**The third and smallest bedroom will remain unoccupied and can be shared as a guest bedroom/office/closet or whatever is agreed upon!**
It truly is a beautiful flat and I'm looking for someone who would like to make this their home. I'm a very clean and tidy person who is hoping to find someone likeminded and relaxed.
I work full time in digital marketing for a beauty company - working from home 3 days per week. I love to cook, spent time with friends, and explore London but am overall very easy going and looking for someone with a similar vibe and attitude to live with!
Room is available from end of October but have a week wiggle room either side of that if needed!
