Both bedrooms and the main bathroom are located upstairs, while downstairs you’ll find a large living room with two sofas, a guest WC, a balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen. Situated right across from Elephant Park, ideal for enjoying outdoor activities or grabbing a coffee.

Elephant & Castle station is just a 3-minute walk (Bakerloo Line, Northern Line, Thameslink), with London Bridge just 15 minutes away. Convenient bus routes are also right outside, providing direct connections to Clapham, Shoreditch, and Liverpool Street. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and a gym are all within a 2-minute walk.

Felix, 28, is a product manager in tech who moved to London earlier this year. He enjoys going to the gym, cycling, and exploring the city. Felix works from home a few days a week or from a co-working space/café. While this isn’t a party flat, Felix is friendly and enjoys socialising.
