Hey, I’m offering my big double room with balcony in 2 bedroom flat in Tooting Bec, just 1 min walk to the tube station (Northern line) very easy and fast connection to the city centre ( 20 mins to London Bridge)
Area is nice and safe with lot of parks and shops around

Room will be available from 15th of December because I’m moving out of the country
You would have just one flatmate, my good friend, quiet and easygoing guy, contract for a flat is until 08/25 with option to renew it

Price is £775/per month plus bills (around £80) per month
Deposit is £894, refundable at the end of tenancy, minimum stay is until 08/25

There is a big sofa and dining table with chairs staying in the room
Double bed with mattress, closet and chest of drawers are mine, but I’m willing to sell all of those to the next tenant for a good price


Flat is on the 2nd floor, refurbished, new carpets, beautiful kitchen with new appliances, flat is small but more than enough for 2 people

Please just serious people, I want to find a good and responsible flatmate for my good friend
This is a great offer for people who like privacy , with good connection to the city centre, also the balcony with nice view is a beautiful addition.
In my opinion, it's a great price for all of that.
