Room in a Shared Flat, Alverstone House, SE11

I’m seeking someone to assume the tenancy of my room next to Oval tube station from January 1st to September 1st (flexible on move in date). The monthly rent is £850, covering all bills, with a corresponding deposit of £850. Internet is fast and reliable and heating comes on twice a day but you can put it on for longer if you wish. The room is unfurnished and you'll be sharing the flat with a couple in their early 30s (male and female, who live in room 1) and a 23-year-old male (who lives in room 2). The location is prime, offering easy access to Central London via nearby tube and bus stops. A quick 30-minute bus ride gets you to London Victoria. The building is very secure, with two electronically locked doors for property access, the second door can only be accessed by one other flat. Plus, it’s right by Kennington Park!

The landlord’s reliable; promptly addressing any concerns that arise.

Though the room is unfurnished, I’m open to selling most of the furnishings I’ve purchased for £300, including:
- Small double bed and frame (both only 6 months old, always used with a mattress protector)
- Wardrobe
- Eve Sleep Mattress Topper
- Drawers
- Bedside table
- Kitchen utensils
- Tupperware
- Kitchen scales
- Ironing board
-Drying wrack

Ideally, the new tenant would consider purchasing these furnishings as well.
