Room in a Shared Flat, Beck Square, E10

Hi! I have a large double room available in my two bedroom apartment. Next to the room is a semi-exclusive bathroom that will only be used by me when I want a bath (as I don’t have one in my en-suite) and occasionally for guests. Happy for the living area to be shared occasionally or when you’d like to have guests over.

Room is carpeted and furnished with a double bed, with Simba mattress, and a large double oak wardrobe. It's on the 9th floor of the building and there are two lifts that service the floor. There is also a large balcony in the living area for smokers, but no smoking in allowed inside the property.

Great transportation links right opposite where you’ll find Lea Bridge station. 5 mins in one direction to Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line and Stanstead Express) and 5 mins in the opposite direction to Stratford (numerous underground and overground lines). Also a bus and night bus right outside that go to central London.

LGBTQ+ friendly absolutely essential. I'm a pretty laid guy who has lived alone for some time. Enjoy cooking and playing computer games in my spare time. Go travelling quite a bit too. Work from home 3 days a week.
