I’m an owner-occupier, with a double room to rent, in a two-bedroom flat, in the heart of East London. The room comes fully furnished, it suits someone who doesn’t have loads of stuff, but it’s a decent size.

The property is located opposite Cambridge Heath overground station and close to Bethnal Green central line, travel links are very convenient. Many local hotspots are within walking distance, including Victoria Park, Broadway Market, Columbia Road, Regents Canal and more.

I'm Alex, a child arts counsellor and filmmaker. I'm 40, male, interested in the arts, personal growth, exercise, comedy and sports. I’m vegetarian, I don’t drink much, and I don’t smoke. I can provide references as a landlord and a flatmate if you wish.

This would suit a healthy human, who wants a clean, comfy home, keeping it as work-free as possible, as a quiet haven from the outside world.

There is a washing machine, inside an airing cupboard to dry clothes, and a dishwasher. We'll be proactive with keeping the place clean but a cleaner comes once a month for peace of mind :-)

All bills are included (wi-fi, energy, water and council tax), for transparency the rent without bills is £975 per month.

I also bought a new TV since the photos were taken, it's really cool and has plenty of options for sports, movies, series etc.
