Shower has excellent water pressure and instant water heater means never without hot water, landlord is very approachable and any issues are resolved quickly.

Two other tenants in the property, both professional male in late twenties who are very social, clean and considerate. Looking for a flatmate, not just a tenant, someone who is social and wants to make the most of living in London. I am moving out to go travelling otherwise would have loved to have stayed in the property.

The current contract was 2-years, signed last September so 18 months left on it but landlord allows change of name on tenancy (which I am using) if you need to exit sooner.

The property is conveniently located just a two minutes walk from Brixton tube station with easy access to Victoria line and there many large supermarkets and bars located near by. Brighton Terrace is a quiet, tree lined residential road which is very quiet considering.
