A spacious double room is available in a two en-suite bedroom apartment in the heart of West Hampstead, a minute away from the West Hampstead tube, overground and Thameslink. Currently only occupied by one professional male (me).

Room: The large double en-suite room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. It is a spacious room and sufficient to store all your belongings. The en-suite is inside the bedroom area – so you do not need to leave your room to get to your bathroom.

Apartment: The apartment has a large kitchen and lounge space which is fully furnished (fridge, freezer, washing machine). All the kitchen utensils are included. You do not need to buy anything for the communal space unless you wish to. The flat is very spacious with lots of natural light. Easy access to amenities is a few minutes from the park and walking distance to the 02 centre with a large Sainsbury's and other shops. Other supermarkets and shops are within a few minutes' walking distance. The flat is only 8 minutes from Oxford Circus by tube.

Rent, Deposit, Bills: The rent is £1,000 per month, excluding all the bills. The bills cost £200 per person per month throughout the year. Council tax Band E. The security deposit is £1,153.

Current flatmate: I am a working professional who is ideally looking for someone similar; easygoing and fun, must be very clean and organised and enjoys a tidy space. This is a quiet apartment, and I am looking for someone who can keep it peaceful every day.

Rules: Please note that this is a non-smoking house (smoking of any kind is not permitted), and the room is for one person only (no couples). If you're looking for a party house, this isn't it; apologies. No benefits. The pets are not allowed into the flat.
