Spacious Double Room All Inclusive in Battersea
Due to a personal circumstances, I have to give up my lovely spacious room as soon as possible, and fly back home.
I am looking for a new tenant to take it off of my hand start from 15th of January.

Bills are all included in your monthly rent.
Also, the landlord provide necessities such as :
Wifi, Toilet paper, kitchen roll, all cleaning products, dishwasher, washer AND dryer, and WEEKLY CLEANER (who isnt going to clean just communal area, but also YOUR ROOM with no extra cost!).

There are 2 full bathrooms to be shared with 2 other flatmates. The other bedroom is en-suite, so no need to worry about.
There is no shared living room in the flat.

Many restaurants, cafes, Sainsburys, tesco and bus stops around the corner.
Eventhough it is next to a big street, the place is tucked in, therefore theres no need to worry about traffic noises.

Requirements are simple and straight forward:
1. You need to either hold a british passport or have a right to rent code (which i just found out that it takes literally 5 seconds to get).
2. You have to pass reference checks (employment status, income status and previous landlord reference). Reference checks will be perfomed by Londex Renting Agency.
No extra fee at all.
3. You have to at least earn £33k or able to provide a UK homeowner as a guarantor.

You have to be able to meet all of these requirements. This is very important.
