Room in a Shared Flat, Caledonian Road, N7

I'm currently looking for a student to replace my tenancy at the Piccadilly Court Unite Students student accommodation. This will be over the summer, ideally starting early June and until early September. The contract itself ends September 14th. This is a perfect opportunity for any students doing a summer course.

The room is an ensuite, with a shared kitchen between maximum 4 other people. However it is likely the other flatmates will be gone for the summer. The room includes a 3/4 sized bed with storage space underneath, two drawers, a study desk with a shelf underneath, a large double shelf extending along the ceiling and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet and shower cabin. The room itself has also been kept in very great condition and taken care of.

The room also includes free Wi-fi. There is a shared laundry room and common room for the accommodation building. There are also multiple grocery stores on the street such as Sainsbury's, Tesco and Nisa.

The room is a one minutes walk to the Caledonian Road tube station which hosts the Piccadilly line. This allows easy access to central London, with Kings Cross / St Pancreas being only one stop away. Furthermore this allows easy and quick transportation to central universities in London. Russel Square is only a 15 minute journey, perfect for students attending UCL, Birkbeck, SOAS and others. LSE and KCL are 20 minutes away by tube. There are also bus stations on the street.

The contract is £270 a week, with bills included.

The tenancy replacement is done officially through Unite Student so please message me for details.

If you find the room on the Unite Students page it will say £325 a week, however this is due to an increase in price for next year. My contract is £270 a week so that will be what you are paying as well.
