Room in a Shared Flat, Camberwell Green, SE5

I’m moving out of this lovely two bed flat and looking for someone to take my place. I’ve been here for over a year and had the best time! (Now moving in with my partner). Rent is £880 p/m excluding bills which are about £120. Move in date is 15th Oct 2024. Camberwell Green is right outside our flat, as well as a high street with lots of pubs, Morrisons, Lidl, Co-op, Tesco Express etc. There is also a PureGym and The Gym a 2 minute walk away. The flat has shared open plan living room and kitchen (with sofa, shelves, some pots and pans), shared bathroom, an extra small room for office/storage, and the double bedroom comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and clothes rail. The nearest tube station is Oval, but we have Denmark Hill and Loughborough Junction nearby. Basically every bus stop’s right outside the flat also so I usually just take those. You’ll be living with Patricia who would have just moved in two weeks prior (end of Sep) who is a masters student. Can do virtual viewings and in person! Any other questions, let me know!
