Room in a Shared Flat, Cardigan Road, E3

I’m looking for someone to join me in my flat in Bow from 20th January.

The room is furnished with a double bed and large chest of drawers. You would have the main bathroom pretty much all to yourself as I rarely use this and don’t store any of my belongings in there.

The whole flat was redecorated just over a year ago and the kitchen/living is fully kitted out. There isn’t really room for a desk in the room so it would be preferable for someone who doesn’t work from home often.

Also has a small balcony off the kitchen.

7 min walk to Bow Road (District and Hammersmith), 15 min walk to Mile End (central line) and good bus links with easy access into Shoreditch.

The flat is near lots of local shops (there’s a good sized Tesco right below the building) and some really nice small restaurants and cosy pubs!It is also only 10 mins walk from Victoria Park.

I am looking for someone likeminded to join me in my home, preferably female and in their mid to lates 20s. I enjoy chilled evenings and Sundays and hosting the occasional dinner party on the weekend as well as Fridays at the pub. The ideal situation would be finding someone who would like to join in with social events!

No students and must be in full time employment. No couples.

Rent is £1,200 + bills (approx £170pm)
