I am seeking a respectful person to share with another person who has their own bathroom.  The rent is £1300 per month all inclusive (plus returnable deposit of £1300), bills are included (Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water council tax etc.).

The local area includes the University of East London Stratford campus as well as the Westfield Centre. There are many shops and transport links are very good. I am a 15min walk from Stratford station (Underground, DLR, and overground). Buses to Stratford are at the top of the road.
