We are Arianna and Rani,

Our flatmate has moved out, and we are looking for a 3rd flatmate to continue her contract till 31st March 2023.
We are planning to renew the contract for another 6 month till End of Sept 2023, which has been agreed with the landlord already. On renewal there will be an increase of 40 £ on the rent.

The room rent is 750£ at the moment.
The room rent will be 790£ from 1st April.

We calculated and bills come up to 180£ per month approx.

Moving date is 4th Feb 2023.

We are looking for a recent graduate/young professional, female, 23-30 years old.

We are chill, outgoing, friendly girls who enjoy quite week days as well as playing music.
We needs someone how is financially responsible, organised and clean.

No pets allowed.


We are available for viewings everyday after 5.30 pm.
