In a lovely period property split-level flat with large amounts of space and light and communal garden access. Perfect for a young professional as there is easy access (door-to-door <50 mins) into central London and Waterloo via tube (East Putney) or train (Putney Station. The surrounding area is quiet and green, with lots of great pubs (the Railway is great for football; The Telegraph if you want more of a country pub vibe); restaurants; and shops, butchers and supermarkets on the Upper Richmond Road and Putney High Street.

The bedroom comes fully equipped with a <1 year old mattress, chest of drawers, and access to a wardrobe in the home office. You're able to decorate it as you see fit as long as there's no permanent damage (ie. if you want to repaint don't get any paint on the existing furnishings and patch any holes used for hanging pictures before you leave).
There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath/shower combo. Plenty of storage space in the main bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with large amounts of cupboard space; dishwasher; two ovens; and a gas hob. There's also a kettle, rice cooker, and pressure cooker.
Other utilities include a clothes washer and separate dryer (and a dehumidifier in the office, so you can quickly and easily dry clothes).
The garden has a barbecue which lodgers are welcome to use (whenever they're brave enough to risk the rain), there is a small balcony for exclusive use which captures a lot of sunlight in the evenings.
Home office includes a desk, monitor, and chair. Currently I generally just work at the kitchen table, so the lodger is welcome to use this space.
Large living room (with no TV at the moment, but lodger is welcome to bring one if they have one; otherwise we can negotiate on installing one if it's a mandatory), with multiple sofas and a small sofa bed for guests (pending approval, but generally I'm pretty relaxed about these things). Lots of bookcase space as well, in case you're a bibliophile. I have a vinyl player too, which you're welcome to use.
Other Info
There are six flats total in the building and a cleaner who comes every two weeks to deal with the general cleaning of the flat (afraid you have to do your own clothes washing and folding, etc.). Neighbours are generally lovely, and I've never had issues with noise.
I have a cat (called Bob) who's very friendly to humans but not other animals, so I'm afraid no more pets allowed.
I'm Phil, a remote worker in my mid-30s and I've had a lot of lodgers for varying periods across the last couple of years (generally friends and friends-of-friends) so while this is the first listing I'm putting out in public, I have lots of experience in sharing the space and want to ensure that this feels like your home while you're here, whether that's for a couple months or a couple of years.
