* Sharing with my current housemate (x1), an extremely friendly professional who occupies the second ensuite bedroom.
* Rooms are opposite ends of the flat meaning privacy and no noise.
* Your new flatmates dog (Yorkshire Terrier mix) will be in the flat on odd days throughout the week
*Additional bills are around £100-£150 depending on usage and time of year
* Westfield shopping centre, cafes, bars and gyms all in walking distance (<10mins)

I'm seeking full transition of the contract to the new tenant and as part of the process, a reference check will be conducted.
