Room in a Shared Flat, Cricklewood Broadway, NW2

Hi there! We’re on the lookout for a new flatmate to join us in our cosy, friendly home. Our current flatmate is moving on, so it’s a chance for you to join a relaxed, tidy flat with a great atmosphere.

The available room is spacious and comes fully furnished  – everything’s set for you to make yourself at home! We also have a nicely finished living room perfect for relaxing and unwinding, and a well-kept bathroom for us all to share.

A bit about us: I work in HR, and Nell is in customer service. We’re both pretty friendly, enjoy a good chat, and are easygoing. That said, we respect each other's space and understand the value of a quiet evening, so whether you’re up for socialising or prefer time to yourself, you’ll fit right in!

The current contract runs until the end of October 2025, and the room is available from 30th November. We’re keen to find the right person soon and plan to host viewings over the next couple of weeks so we can get the reference checks sorted smoothly.
Bills are roughly £130 a month.
