It is perfectly south-facing, which means you get alot of bright natural light - along with your own private balcony.

After someone who is very clean and tidy! Single occupant preferred but couple considered at an Extra cost.

Please note that we do ask for a seperate £80-100 contribution toward bills that goes toward the broadband & help with some utilities. 

The room is very well situated - in between Stockwell station (4 min walk) & Vauxhall Station (12 min) and busses that take you to all parts of London! (including Park Lane, Victoria, Oxford circus, camden, Clapham, Brixton, etc).

We have 1GB Fibre optic Broadband, as well as:

- Extra wide Fridge/freezer

- Washing Machine

- Kettle & Toaster

Please note that there is no Living Room.
