Starting in November, we have a spare double room available in our friendly and culturally diverse household. The room is part-furnished, with a built-in wardrobe, bed, and plenty of storage. Our flat comes with a balcony offering great views of London, perfect for a relaxing evening. Plus, we're in an unbeatable location, just 2 minutes' walk from Forest Gate station on the Elizabeth Line, making it easy to get around the city.

We’re a mixed nationality household, with a blend of British and Argentine roots! You’ll be living with:

• Jake from the UK, Ceci his Argentinian girlfriend, and  Agustin her brother. We share a love for food, culture, and making the most of our time,.

We are a vegan household, so we're seeking another vegan or vegetarian to move in. It's important for us to share this common value in our home. Sorry, no exceptions!

• £950 per month, all bills included (Wi-Fi, water, electricity, etc.).
• Available from November.
