1 bedroom with own bathroom available in a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Wandsworth/Southfields area. The apartment is in a building with gated bike storage and an elevator. Green areas of the floorplan are the bedroom and private bathroom available. Thanks to the shape of the building, the flat gets a lot of natural light throughout the day and the available room has direct access to the balcony.

I am a 31-year-old male who is clean tidy, and sociable but happy to live with someone who would want to do their own thing. However, I would prefer someone to hang out with in the evenings and be sociable with. I also have an indoor cat who is incredibly friendly (he thinks he is a puppy who plays fetch, does tricks, and goes for short walks) and will want to be your best friend, so I am afraid that other pets would not be allowed. The cat is litter-trained, and I keep the litterbox in my own bathroom so the smells will not affect any of your spaces.

The apartment is just over a 5-minute walk from Southfields Tube station, and 12 minutes from Clapham Junction on the bus. Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town Stations are also about 20 minutes walk away. Southside shopping centre and cinema are only 5 minutes walk away and St George's Park connects directly to our street for easy access.

Comes furnished with a Double bed, bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk and chair. If you have any of your own furniture though, I am happy to remove any of the furniture except for the wardrobe.

Broadband and Water bills are already included in the price. I don't currently have any arrangements for a cleaner to come in, but I am willing to split the cost of a cleaner on a fortnightly/monthly basis if wanted.
