Since the pandemic, pairs of friends have used the small room as an office and a music studio. We're happy to be still able to offer this unique setup!
We've also had requests for it to be a yoga/Peloton room, which it would lend itself to.
Nico will be staying with us and works in finance.
The bedroom coming up is large and has a lot of furniture, comfy orthopaedic mattresses, and excellent light—we are double-glazed throughout. I installed a mesh network for the Fibre Broadband, which has given the flat a significant boost for anyone working from home.
Additionally, on the upper floor, we have the main bathroom with (shower) washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
The kitchen layout is generous and is fully fitted with two fridges, a freezer, an induction hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. The living room has a large oak dining table that seats 6, comfortable chairs/sofa and gives access to the large balcony.
The apartment is in an excellent location within the Hoxton, Shoreditch, and Old Street triangle—a four-minute walk takes you to Old Street Underground.
We are including the Council Tax, water, broadband, and a weekly cleaner; you will be responsible for your share of the gas, and electricity.
We are ideally looking for a professional tenant. We will require a full tenant check (provided by Vouch at our cost), a monthly standing order set up for rent, and a 5-week deposit, which will be held by mydeposits. However, I can offer Zero Deposit insurance as I’m a member of the scheme.
