I'm still doing up the flat. Well-located, Modern 2 Bedroom Flat in Hackney. Hackney Downs and Central Overground stations are 5 to 10 min walk respectively, shops are just around the corner and beautiful downs park and London fields park are at your doorstep. 

The big bedroom with the exposed chimney bricks and Victorian fireplace is the one available. Double bed, desk and drawer can be provided to make moving easier.

Looking for a professional male easy going in their late 20s or early 30s, clean and doesn't work from home.
Bills aren't included, but shared 50/50.

I'm moving in myself this weekend (11/12 Jan) and will try to start furnishing the living room already, but open for new housemate to bring
furniture along
