Room in a Shared Flat, Falkirk House, W9

There is 1 room available in my flat from 1st October 2024. It is located a 3 minute walk from the station and 15 minutes from central London. 

Water and broadband included in the rent. Gas and electric would be split between us (pay as you go). 

My work desk is located in the living/dining room. If you require one, a desk can be included in your bedroom. 

Please note this is my home which I take pride in and so no parties/guests unless discussed  prior. 

As this is a weekday only let, happy to discuss a nightly rate if you wish to stay in the property during some weekends.
