Hi! I have a spacious double room available to rent around Battersea/Clapham North Area. The property has great transport links and is 5-10 mins walk from Clapham North, Wandsworth Road, Stockwell and Nine Elms stations. It's also a 15-20 min walk to Vauxhall Station.

Rent is £1285 per month - Bills and cleaner are inc. Room is available immediately.

The flat is on the first floor, has recently been renovated, and has separate shower and toilet rooms. The room currently has a double bed with storage, and I will be purchasing a chest of drawers for the room too. The living space is great - gets lots of natural light and very comfortable.
