I will be moving out and looking for someone to replace me in a lovely double room in a 2 bed flat (2nd floor) with tons of natural light available from July 24th, 2024 in Beaufort Park, Colindale.

The flat has a moderate sized living room and kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking the park. You will have your own spacious bathroom with a bath tub (other room is ensuite). The development also has a gym with steam room and sauna that is free to use for residents - and a 24hr concierge and a couple of convenience stores and restaurants/cafes/ takeaways and beauty salons in the development.

You will be sharing with an easy going female in her twenties. Tidiness is a must - you should be able to clean up after yourself. We are Looking for someone that wants to make the flat a home and not really treat it like a b&b. This is a welcoming and peaceful home where you can socialise, enjoy your peace and quiet perhaps share a glass of wine and maybe even have cheeky brunch dates :)

Rent is £1075 a month excluding bills per person. Bills come to about £180 -£200 per flat mate a month (varies).
